Job Description

Vyve Broadband is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Account Manager to support the growth and retention of our commercial customer base. This role is responsible for managing strategic existing accounts while also driving new business acquisition within assigned markets. The Business Account Manager serves as a trusted advisor to customers, delivering consultative solutions that align with client needs across Vyve’s portfolio of connectivity, UCaaS, and managed services. Successful candidates are proficient in MS Office, Salesforce CRM, detail oriented, possess the ability to work independently, success-driven, have a great positive attitude and have outstanding communications skills. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales ideally in the Telecom or Technology industry. Candidate will utilize personal vehicle and receive mileage reimbursement. Valid insurance coverage and driver’s license required. Develop and execute account growth plans focused on retention, expansion, and revenue optimization. Conduct regular customer check-ins and business reviews to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution. New Revenue Generation Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent prospecting, networking, and referrals.
