Job Description 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing: As a Cleaning Operator , you’ll be the critical first step in our high-tech manufacturing process. You’ll handle specialized metal cleaning (aqueous and solvent-based), help ensure parts meet the highest standards, and keep production moving smoothly. You’ll: Work with cutting-edge cleaning equipment (don’t worry—we’ll train you!) Read blueprints and instructions to get the job done right Load components, choose the right cleaning program, and make it shine Hand-clean more complex parts when needed Package components and move them to the next team Keep everything calibrated, clean, and up to code Use tools like SPC charts to keep an eye on quality Pitch in to help and train teammates Log your work using basic computer functions Qualifications 🧰 What You Bring: A High School diploma or GED 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Comfort using computers and following written instructions A
