We are currently evaluating candidates for a Construction Manager position linked to a potential training opportunity in Texas. POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a Construction Manager with solid experience in photovoltaic projects, specifically in tracker installation supervision and commissioning activities . The selected professional will be responsible for coordinating and supervising on-site works, ensuring compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and technical requirements defined by the client. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities related to photovoltaic tracker installation. Ensure proper execution of works in accordance with project drawings, technical specifications, and client standards. Oversee and support commissioning activities in coordination with engineering and technical teams. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to established timelines. Coordinate subcontractors and installation crews, ensuring safety and quality compliance. Identify and resolve technical or execution issues during installation and commissioning phases. Report regularly to the Project Management team regarding progress, risks, and site performance. Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and company HSE procedures.
