We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Director of Operations Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee day-to-day operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other assigned departments Ensure all departments meet or exceed brand standards, quality assurance guidelines, and guest satisfaction goals. Drive a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular property walks to monitor cleanliness, safety and overall condition of the property. Any additional duties designated by AGM or GM. Guest & Service Excellence Champion guest satisfaction initiatives and maintain high GSS/Medallia/Brand Survey performance. Resolve complex guest concerns with professionalism and urgency. Empower teams to anticipate needs and deliver personalized service. Financial & Business Performance Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control efforts across all operational departments. Review labor productivity, scheduling, and departmental expenses to achieve financial targets. Support revenue maximization strategies in collaboration with Sales, Revenue Management, and F&B leadership. Team Development & Leadership Recruit, train, mentor, and develop department leaders and associates. Lead daily/weekly operations meetings to ensure alignment and execution or properties. Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture focused on engagement and retention. Conduct performance reviews and support succession planning. Compliance & Safe
