Job overview The Engineering Manager is responsible for working alongside the Chief Engineer and helping to manage the Engineering Department and all the hotel maintenance needs, inside and out. This position helps to oversee the day-to-day operations, all maintenance requests and the service and repair of all equipment while supporting the LodgeWorks goals of guest satisfaction, cost control and profitability. The Engineering Manager also works alongside the team while participating in the LodgeWorks Preventative Maintenance program to ensure that all guest rooms and public spaces meet LodgeWorks/Brand standards, as well as helping with any task the Chief Engineer has assigned.
