As a Civil Engineer, you will work with our civil/environmental team performing technical evaluations, planning, design, and construction administration. This role will support our civil and environmental disciplines, and most importantly help grow our portfolio of work with clients across multiple geographies but primarily based in New Jersey. This position will require work with our project teams in New Jersey with approximately 50% travel to the Linden, NJ project site with possible travel nationally. Responsibilities: Perform engineering design tasks with guidance from project engineers and project managers on large, complex civil/environmental remediation projects through applications of relevant design criteria, and standards and processes of both public and private clients. Assist with a variety of field assignments including soil sampling, groundwater sampling, and system Operation and Maintenance (O&M). Perform field oversight of subcontractors. Prepare technical reports and evaluate site data to progress projects toward regulatory closure. Establish strong, productive internal collaborative relationships with senior-level staff.
