Description Role Overview We are seeking a Field Application Engineer (FAE) – Intern or Recent Graduate to support the deployment, integration, and optimization of our GPS fleet management hardware and telematics solutions. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience working at the intersection of engineering, customers, and real-world applications . You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and internal engineering groups to ensure successful product implementation and deliver technical support throughout the customer lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Customer-Facing Technical Support Assist customers with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of GPS tracking devices and telematics systems Provide technical guidance on product functionality, integration, and best practices Support field deployments and customer onboarding activities Product Implementation & Integration Help configure devices for customer environments, including vehicle integration (e.g., OBD-II, hardwired installs) Assist with testing and validating device performance in real-world conditions Support integration with customer systems via APIs or platform tools Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution Diagnose hardware, connectivity, and configuration issues in collaboration with senior engineers Document issues clearly and escalate complex problems to engineering teams Track and follow through on customer issues to resolution Collaboration with Internal Teams Work with sales teams to support pre-sales technical discussions and product demos Provide feedback to engineering and product teams based on field experience
