Salary: $22.74-$26.87/hr The posted salary reflects the full pay range for this position. Offers made to qualified candidates will be made within this range and will be determined by various factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other factors that would be critical to success in this role. Position Overview: We’re looking for a dedicated, proactive Facilities Associate I to join our team at two of our properties in our South Seattle portfolio. These communities provide vital housing to those qualifying under the Low-Income Tax Credit Programs. In this role, you’ll help maintain the overall cleanliness, safety, and appearance of this Bellwether property by performing routine groundskeeping and janitorial duties. You’ll play a key part in creating a welcoming environment for residents by staying attentive to daily cleaning needs, addressing issues as they arise, and supporting the broader facilities team in keeping the property in excellent condition. Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm or 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. The final schedule will be determined by the supervisor. Your Impact: Clean building common areas and grounds.
