Job Summary The Field Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget and schedule. The Field Manager will work closely with the Operations leaders, sales team, estimators, administrative staff, customer contacts, and multiple crew team leaders of the company.
