You must have exceptional performance in fast-paced, high-impact environments (e.g. startups, building from scratch, shipping under pressure). Ideal candidates come from VC-funded startups, AI/ML tooling & HR Tech. 2. You can be located anywhere in the world as long as you have German citizenship. Visa sponsorship to US is E2 for anyone with a German passport. They would generally qualify for the visa, very straight-forward process. Other visa sponsorship categories: *O1: for anyone with an exceptional background. They would need to be published / a founder or similar to qualify. *TN: for Canadian citizens. *Visa transfers: e.g., for prev. H1b holders * Happy to employ people who hold Stem OPT / F1 visa 3.
