Role Overview: The General Manager (GM) – Farmington Site is fully accountable for the overall performance, profitability, and day-to-day leadership of the Farmington, Connecticut operation. This role carries full site P&L responsibility with a strong operational and manufacturing focus, complemented by defined commercial responsibility. The GM will drive operating profit through excellence in production, supply chain, quality, and customer delivery while partnering closely with Sales and Engineering functions. The Farmington site employs approximately 140 people and operates from a single facility of approximately 52,500 sq. ft. at 72 Spring Lane, Farmington, Connecticut, housing all activities including Operations, Manufacturing, Assembly, Testing, Quality, R&D, Product Design Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, and Administration.
