Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Support, motivate, and engage the workforce to build a strong team environment and improve retention. Partner with management to foster a positive, high-performing culture aligned with core values. Provide day-to-day HR guidance to leaders, including coaching, performance management, and policy interpretation. Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving concerns effectively. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws while minimizing organizational risk. Collaborate with leadership and the Talent team on workforce planning and staffing strategies. Analyze trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and performance. Drive process improvements and support cross-functional initiatives to enhance business operations.
