We look forward to you joining our family!     Job Requirements: Works under the direction of the General and Operations Manager Collaborate with the outside salesperson to develop and implement sales strategies to meet branch sales goals. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to understand their needs, provide product information, and address inquiries or concerns. Conduct 10+ daily outbound sales calls to prospects and existing customers to generate leads, promote products, and secure orders. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process. Assist customers with order placement, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction. Coordinate closely with the outside salesperson to follow up on leads, provide sales support, and facilitate customer visits or meetings. Process orders accurately and efficiently using our CRM system or order management software. Monitor sales metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular updates to the sales team and management. Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service to resolve issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and drive growth.
