POSITION SUMMARY Our Lead Med Tech MC serves as a liaison between residents, their families, and the care team, promoting a supportive and safe living environment. They support the Memory Care Director by assisting in scheduling, supervising staff, and ensuring that systems are in place to provide quality memory care living services in all resident care areas. Duties include problem-solving resident concerns and coordinating care with the team and external providers. Additionally, they help with medication administration and direct resident care when necessary. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Schedule and assign caregiving and medication tech shifts to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with staffing guidelines and department allowances.
