This is a technical role where the individual is responsible for project outcomes and on-time delivery of product development in the tool industry. This role involves problem solving and reviewing related information to evaluate and develop options for product design, sustaining activity, and project management and implement solutions with frequent direction. Key Responsibilities Determine and execute appropriate theoretical principles and practical approach to design product and systems within the scope of determined program requirements. Work with manager and more experienced engineers to make decisions on engineering problems and methods. Represent the organization in supplier meetings to resolve important questions and to plan and coordinate work. Can autonomously manage multiple low to medium difficulty projects proactively. Accurately estimate and build project timeline
