In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving engineering execution, operational excellence, and organizational capability across a diverse range of SaaS products. Your leadership will improve delivery predictability and strengthen platform reliability while championing the adoption of AI-enhanced development practices. You will influence the innovation agenda to ensure that our technology organization scales effectively and supports long-term product innovation and operational efficiency. Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery aligned with product roadmaps. Partner with Product, Design, and QA to drive speed and quality. Accelerate development through AI-assisted engineering practices. Establish and maintain high standards for code quality and performance. Own and evolve collaborative operating frameworks for optimal delivery. Directly manage and develop Engineering Managers into strong leaders. Drive responsible adoption of AI and automation across engineering teams. Requirements 10 years of software engineering experience. 5 years in engineering leadership roles. Experience in a SaaS environment with multiple teams or products. Proven track record of delivering scalable software platforms. Strong background in building and mentoring engineering teams. Ability to translate business strategies into technical execution. Experience with platform modernization and complex integrations. Knowledge of AI-enabled product
