Job Description

Description The maintenance position will be responsible for the upkeep of the company building and company house. It is a Full-time position. Monday Through Friday, hours may vary and may include overtime and travel. Requirements ESSENTIAL DUTIES These duties will include but are not limited to: Machine repair (sealers, carts, etc) General cleaning (outside grounds, exterior of building, washing trucks, etc) Small equipment repair and maintenance Landscaping (warehouse and company house) Painting Development of machine maintenance schedules Light construction, plumbing, and dry wall repair Maintenance on fleet vehicles (oil changes, tire rotation & balance) Other duties as assigned MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Previous experience a plus High school diploma Time management skills Employee is required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms.
