Job Description What You Get To Do: As a member of the Production Team, the Material Prep Technician I performs a variety of duties in support of Production. This position assists the Planning and Material Prep Supervisor in overseeing inventory and work order prep within the Reno Operations Center (“ROC”). This position acts as a point of contact for manufacturing inventory control and prep coordination. We are looking to hire a Full-Time Material Prep Technician I. The core hours for this position will be Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. The pay is $20.50/hour. Challenge Yourself – The Specifics: Ensures BOMs are accurate: parts, quantities, Unit of Measure (UOM), description, assembly instructions Research discrepancies/adjustments found via counts Safe operation of the chop saw used in the preparation of raw materials Communicates to management the status of daily prep Assists management with answering customer service requests in a timely manner Provides recommendations on how to improve processes, procedures and general efficiencies and effectiveness of the function Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures, utilizing all required safety equipment Perfor
