Keep poolside areas spotless, organized, and always guest-ready. Anticipate guest needs—because nobody should ever have to ask twice for that next round. Work closely with the pool bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service. Maintain upbeat energy, even on the sunniest San Diego days. Be a walking vibe—friendly, attentive, and fun-loving. Qualifications Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred (bonus points if it’s poolside). Strong communication and teamwork skills—because great service is a team sport. Ability to multitask under the sun and keep your cool (literally). Must be 21 and have or be willing to obtain a valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification. Weekend and holiday availability—because that’s when the pool party really
