Overview A specialized industrial engineering and manufacturing organization is seeking a Project Engineer to support the design and execution of projects within CO₂ liquefaction and dry ice production systems. This role sits at the intersection of engineering design, project execution, and client interaction, offering the opportunity to work on technically complex systems in a niche and growing sector. The company provides a collaborative environment where engineers are involved across the full project lifecycle – from concept through installation and commissioning. The Role The Project Engineer will be responsible for designing, managing, and supporting industrial refrigeration and process system projects. This includes equipment sizing, system design, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. This is a hands-on role requiring both technical expertise and project coordination, with involvement in design reviews, fabrication support, and field implementation. Success in this role means delivering accurate engineering solutions, supporting efficient project execution, and ensuring systems are designed to meet performance, safety, and compliance standards. Responsibilities Engineering & Design Lead the design of industrial refrigeration and CO₂ process systems Size refrigeration equipment, piping systems, and related components Develop and review P&ID drawings and technical documentation Prepare instrumentation bills of materials (BOMs) for projects Support standardization efforts for modular system designs Project Execution & Coordination
