We are currently looking for an experienced Quality Supervisor PV to oversee and ensure the quality compliance of utility-scale photovoltaic projects in the United States. This is a 100% field-based position, directly involved in site supervision and quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Perform on-site quality inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, technical standards, and approved procedures. Witness and verify the correct execution of critical construction activities, including civil works, mechanical installation, electrical installation, and equipment assembly. Witness and document testing activities (mechanical, electrical, and commissioning-related tests). Identify, issue, and follow up on Non-Conformities (NCs), ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions. Conduct quality audits of subcontractors across all disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, MV/HV). Ensure that all installations comply with project drawings, ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), technical specifications, and quality standards. Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and documentation in accordance with project requirements. Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Manager, and Engineering team to resolve technical and quality-related issues. Support the preparation and compilation of documentation required for Mechanical Completion, Commissioning, Substantial Completion, and Final Completion. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Enginee
