POSITION SUMMARY The Resident Lifestyle Director (Activity Director) provides an ongoing program of life-enrichment activities designed to meet the interests and the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident in our community. This includes planning, organizing, communicating, and coordinating activities with residents individually or in a group setting and planning and organizing special events. They serve as part of the management team to ensure policies and procedures are understood, trained, and implemented. This position oversees hiring, training, and managing other full-time team members (activity assistants, coordinators, and transportation drivers) to ensure all program expectations are in place and may have oversight of the transportation department.
