If this sounds like a culture you would like to work in, you’re invited to apply for this role. ## Job Description The ideal candidate for this position would be capable of severing in the following positions: As a Lead Engineer or a Responsible Engineer (RE) handling highly complex, large mechanical process equipment packages in some of the following fields: * Life Sciences – Drug substances and Drug products, Blood Fractionation processes and Vaccines * Advanced Technology – Semiconductor, Smart Batteries and Datacenters * Advanced Manufacturing – Carbon Fiber production, Foods (Sugar, Potato Chips) and Rare Earth Minerals production ## Long Description LEAD ENGINEER * Manage a team of approximately (12) mechanical engineers * Develop and review project Scope of Services, Scope of Facilities, and other project documents for all phases of projects * Develop and review estimates and schedules, progress reports, including workforce forecasts * Review and approve vendor lists, quotation requests/bid tabulations/purchase orders * Participate in people development through mentoring, development of training material, conducting training seminars, and performance appraisal input and counseling RESPONSIBLE ENGINEER (Under Direction of a Lead Engineer) * Manage the engineering and procurement activities for large highly complex equipment packages. * Review vendor equipment documentation for compliance with project requirements, and actively seek discrepancy resolution * Provide consultation and/or on-site assistance for the installation, commissioning, and/or start up of equipment ## Basic Job Requirements * Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in …
