About the job The Managed Cloud Services organization within the Cloud and Information Services (CIS) division is seeking an Enterprise Business Analyst to support end‑to‑end business process analysis and improvement initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will serve as a catalyst for change—partnering closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence, enable scalable growth, and deliver consistent, high‑quality customer experiences. This opportunity comes at a pivotal time, as the organization continues to grow rapidly and strengthen its enterprise operating model. As a Senior Enterprise Business Analyst, you will: Develop a deep understanding of enterprise and organizational systems, processes, and workflows. Serve as a business and technical representative in cross‑functional discussions, advocating for organizational requirements and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Analyze and document current‑state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define future‑state recommendations. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions. Partner with CIS, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and other internal groups to support successful delivery of enterprise and organizational objectives.
