We’re searching for a Senior Hardware Validation Engineer . Our team is responsible for the end-to-end electrical validation of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA), as well as system level, from early-stage design and board bring-up to sustaining engineering and resolving field issues. This is a critical role on an incredibly important team, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of reliability, which is paramount to ensuring safety. The new hire will have access to an exceptional lab space, work with industry experts and will be pivotal in making our products robust and dependable for mass production. In this role you will Serve as the hands-on technical lead for PCBA design validation as well as module and system level validation. Drive sustaining engineering efforts, including root cause and corrective action (RCCA) for issues found in the field. Develop hardware validation strategies and test plans, execute electrical system-level validation to find and fix design issues and ensure design meets requirements for overall product quality.
