Senior Network & Systems Administrator Location: Grand Prairie, TX (Traders Village) Traders Village is seeking a hands-on Senior Network & Systems Administrator to support and improve a complex multi-site IT environment spanning Grand Prairie, Houston, San Antonio, and Western Playland in Sunland Park, NM. Periodic travel to these locations is required. This role is responsible for the administration, design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of core infrastructure across networking, servers, virtualization, Microsoft 365, mobile device management, and critical operational systems. This environment supports live business operations, where infrastructure stability is essential and downtime directly impacts revenue and customer experience. This is a senior-level position for someone who can maintain stability in a demanding environment with multiple moving parts, while also planning and implementing improvements. The right candidate will have strong organizational skills, strong problem-solving ability, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities without losing detail in a fast-moving, operationally sensitive environment. This role operates with a high degree of independence in day-to-day infrastructure management, while collaborating with IT leadership on larger initiatives, priorities, and long-term improvements.
