We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (P3) to lead the evolution of our Warehouse Management System (WMS). You’ll play a central role in building the operational platform that manages our workflows, shipping, and inventory tracking at scale. 🎯 What You’ll Be Doing Architectural Evolution: Partner with the Platform Architect to enhance our current WMS and design the next-generation warehouse platform. Modernize Infrastructure: Lead the migration of legacy functionality (Google Apps Script/Sheets) into a modern backend architecture using Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL. Full-Stack Development: Design and implement robust backend services, APIs, and integrations that power real-time inventory and order fulfillment. Operational Resilience: Improve system observability, logging, and monitoring to ensure the platform thrives during high-volume peaks. Cross-Functional Leadership: Translate complex warehouse processes into scalable software and collaborate with nearshore developers to deliver high-quality features. Documentation & Mentorship: Document system architecture and technical workflows to reduce operational risk and improve maintainability across the team. ✅ What You Bring Experience: 5+ years of experience building full-stack systems in production environments (GCP focus).
