We’re searching for a Senior Staff TLM, Electrical Engineering – HPE. In this role, you will Lead an exceptional team of electrical engineers responsible for the development of electronics for LiDAR, Compute or a variety of hardware products Collaborate with numerous internal and external teams gathering requirements, defining HW architecture, modeling, and delivering LiDAR, Compute or a variety of hardware products that achieve performance and product metrics Guide and manage the team to build, integrate, test, and debug LiDAR, Compute or a variety of hardware products; leverage software tools and advanced test equipment (e.g. oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers) Mature processes for electrical engineering product development that adhere to safety, execution and quality requirements Partner with mechanical, operations, and validation teams to mature high quality electrical designs to manufacturing; including supporting test infrastructure development to meet product coverage and yield targets Leverage deep expertise in product devel
