Southeast Sales Representative As a Vegetable Seed Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding Bayer’s market share within your designated territory. You will be responsible for creating demand for Bayer’s vegetable seeds, seed growth, crop protection, and seed products among retailers, dealers, and top growers. Your efforts will contribute to achieving annual target goals within your territory and team. This role requires a proactive approach to developing and implementing dealer business plans, managing forecasts, and addressing inventory and product line demand issues. You will serve as a key business consultant, effectively selling the value of Bayer Crop Science products and demonstrating product performance against competitors. Collaboration with pod-mate FSRs, Bayer Agronomists, and Market Development Representatives is essential to maximize services and sales to preferred growers and key customer accounts.
