Job Description This role is responsible for directing IT project management staff, knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to IT project activities in order to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of all projects stakeholders – including the customer. This includes the management of critical project components including project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communications, risk, and procurement through all phases of the systems life cycle. Responsible for the coordinated management of a portfolio of projects to achieve a set of specific business objectives not available from managing projects individually. Directs programs from original concept, through IT solution definition and design to final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the program including executive levels. Directs program strategy and objectives. Provides senior oversight of detailed work plans, schedules, program estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Directs program meetings, program tracking and analysis. Directs the review of program deliverables. Provides project management guidance
