We’re searching for a Staff Hardware System Validation Engineer . The team is responsible for the end-to-end validation of Autonomous Hardware that includes PCBA, modules and Integrated systems from early-stage design and bring-up to sustaining engineering and resolving field issues. In this role, you will Define, develop and execute Test methodologies for verification and validation of autonomous hardware systems and components. Collaborate with and influence key cross-functional partners, including Hardware Systems, Safety, Test organizations, Firmware and Electrical Engineering. Perform requirements analysis, architecture studies and system characterization to derive clear performance metrics. Drive cross-functional reviews and achieve consensus on key design validation decisions. Drive sustaining engineering efforts, including root cause and corrective action (RCCA) for issues found in the field. Support failure mode analysis and risk assessments by supplying necessary analysis and documentation. Required Qualifications
