Growing firm with reputation that goes back over 50 years looking to add a talented Structural Engineer to their Indianapolis team! Responsibilities: Preliminary/final design for steel and concrete highway/pedestrian bridge design Layout/detailing of projects (prepare plans, calculations, and construction specifications) Supervise team members and coordinate project activities Coordinate bridge inspections and report preparation Build/maintain client relationships, assist with setting financial goals, and identifying business development opportunities Train/mentor junior staff
