SUMMARY: The Titles Pre-QA Agent is responsible for managing and processing all incoming FedEx envelopes containing title documents, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is properly verified and organized. The Pre-QA Agent will also maintain accurate file organization and complete various daily tasks, including processing queues, ensuring all work is finalized daily.
