Step into Your New Role As a Transportation Civil Engineering Project Manager, you will be working on innovative, multi-disciplinary roadway design projects for high-profile state agencies and large municipalities in the New England area. You will work closely with our team of civil engineers to lead and manage project tasks related to roadway design projects. Majority of our team enjoys a hybrid schedule, which allows us to offer this role in our Boston, MA office. Responsibilities: Lead and manage project tasks related to roadway design projects that incorporate multimodal facilities, traffic calming treatments, urban streets roadway designs and modifications, accessibility improvements, transit network upgrades, drainage assessments and designs, public and private utility coordination, and green infrastructure elements. Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring submission packages to clients; including bidding (cost estimates), zoning, permitting, and construction phase services documents. Prepare technical, cost, and scheduling decisions, ensuring company quality standards (including internal quality control and risk management protocols such as peer reviews), and drive customer service value.
