A Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining safe, organized, and fully operational company warehouses, storage yards, and other properties by accurately managing inventory, receiving and distributing materials, performing routine facilities maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Responsibilities Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by observing & reporting safety incidents, hazardous conditions, damaged or malfunctioning equipment or facilities, unsafe work practices or near misses, and other potential risks to health or safety. Properly label and store hazardous or potentially hazardous materials according to federal, state, and local laws in alignment with company policy. Wear appropriate PPE as required by working conditions or as directed. Operate material handling equipment per OSHA standards and manufacturer guidelines. Conduct regular facilities inspections as directed. Complete safety training & certifications as directed.
