Compensation: $23-27/HR based on experience, Plus a $2.00 Shift Differential Workdays: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday Hours: 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM Breaks: One 20-minute lunch Two 10-minute breaks Overtime: No mandatory overtime Voluntary overtime may be available Primary Activities/Duties: Perform MIG welding operations to support the production schedule. Weld base frames and other metal components according to specifications. Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards. Meet or exceed targets for quality
