We are excited to welcome on a fun, engaging, polite, courteous and well rounded individual!  Responsibilities: Presents TX Talks finances Understands Insurance Schedules patients  Understands Tx Options Collects $$ TX Follow up for non accepted tx (2/2/2) Tracks treatment case acceptance  Answers phones Discusses obstacles with patients and finds solutions to overcome them Keeps the Dr’s schedules full and productive Meets metrics and goals set consistently  Our Perfect Fit Treatment Coordinator will be: Able to easily solve problems Passionate about finding a solution Quick Learner Patient care focused Communicates clearly and effectively Leads by example Has high follow through Caring, does what he/she can to help a patient in the best ways possible  2 years of dental experience recommended Sales background preferred Our practice is: Thriving and growing!
