Position Purpose Heavy Equipment and Material Handling Equipment (HE/MHE) Instructor, responsible for providing both theoretical and practical training on safe and efficient operation and maintenance of equipment. Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities • Conduct classroom instruction covering Heavy Equipment and Material Handling Equipment (HE/MHE) operation principles, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures. • Provide hands-on training, demonstrating safe and effective operation of Heavy Equipment and Material Handling Equipment (HE/MHE) including pre-operation checks, digging, lifting, manoeuvring, and shutting down the machine safely. • Instruct on various operator-level maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, fluid checks, filter changes, and identifying basic troubleshooting issues. • Instruct on various maintainer-level maintenance tasks, such as electrical and hydraul
