This role is located in Ocala FL The Foreman, Enhancement is responsible for leading and coordinating landscape enhancement projects for Sunrise Landscape’s commercial clients. This is a working leader role, responsible for organizing job sites, assigning tasks, and working alongside crew members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. The Foreman supports daily project execution by maintaining quality, troubleshooting issues, managing equipment, and ensuring a safe and secure work environment. A successful Foreman brings strong field experience, leadership skills, and a commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities As one of our Foremen, Enhancement, you will have the following areas of responsibility: Project Coordination & Crew Leadership Coordinate job sites, schedule work, and assign tasks to crew members Supervise daily project execution to ensure work is completed on time and meets client expectations Train crew members on landscaping techniques and safety procedures Oversee crew performance to ensure work is completed according to project specifications and company standards Enhancement Installation & Field Execution Perform hands-on landscape enhancement work including planting, mowing, pruning, weeding, a
