Position Specific Description As AI becomes a default collaborator, we need a single accountable design lead who ensures we gain speed without losing trust. The Human-centered Design AI Leader owns the intersection of AI tools and our Enterprise Design System, so AI-generated UI and code stays consistent, accessible, and aligned to our standards. This role also enables a governed model where AI produces first passes—like a junior designer—while our nearshore designers validate, refine, and continuously improve the system. The outcome is faster delivery with less rework and higher adoption.
