We welcome new members to join and grow along with our team! Summary: As a Grocery Clerk in our Ecommerce Warehouse, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business-to-consumer operations. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and prepare grocery orders for shipment to our valued customers. You will work closely with a team of dedicated individuals to ensure the smooth and timely fulfillment of online grocery orders, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently pick grocery items from designated storage areas based on order requirements. Pack grocery items securely and appropriately, ensuring proper handling and protection during shipment. Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of each order. Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet daily order fulfillment targets. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency and safety. Assist in restocking shelves and rotating inventory as needed to maintain freshness and product availability. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to maintain a safe and secure work environment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any order-related issues promptly and professionally. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
