THE MISSION The Turnkey Operator owns the execution of apartment unit rehabs and turns across LVL Living’s Houston portfolio. You deliver clean, market-ready units—on schedule, on scope, and on standard. You will: Execute high-volume apartment turns without supervision Meet production timelines consistently Follow LVL Living scopes, specs, and standards without deviation Coordinate efficiently with on-site management and maintenance Deliver repeatable quality at scale This role demands experience, equipment, and discipline.
