REQUIREMENTS Previous automotive experience is REQUIRED for this position, F&I experience preferred. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of selling automotive products to clients, working knowledge of the finance process, and show through their work history an ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction.  We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job. Assist clients with completing transactions either in cash or with the securing of finance or lease terms. Comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards. Participate in staff training to enhance the efficiency of the sales and finance departments. Develop and implement sales strategies to crush targets.
