This role focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational structures. The primary goal is to develop and execute change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize engagement, driving faster adoption and higher proficiency in the changes impacting employees to achieve business results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a structured change management plan covering change management, training, and communications to ensure consistency in adopting change across the organization.
