We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our HVAC operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will oversee daily branch activities, manage team performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. Location: 112 East Gracia Avenue, Marceline, MO 64658 Responsibilities: Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficiency. Lead, coach, and develop service, installation, and sales teams. Manage budgets, revenue goals, and branch profitability. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate scheduling, project execution, and resource allocation. Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards. Qualifications: Previous management or leadership experience required. HVAC industry experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Valid driver’s license. Benefits: Competitive salary ($60,000 – $70,000 annually).
