We’re Growing Bonding Solutions is hiring a Client Services Specialist (Account Manager)   to support our expanding client base and manage ongoing account activity. About Bonding Solutions We are a surety-only bond agency based in Mesa, Arizona. We serve contractors nationwide. We are entrepreneurial, client-focused, and hands-on. We value ownership, accuracy, and professionalism. What This Role Does  Manage communication with existing clients  Oversee end-to-end renewal processing  Issue renewal documentation timely and accurately  Reconcile surety company renewal statements  Apply payments and manage agency bill records  Maintain spreadsheets and internal system data  Interface with surety company partners  Manage multi-month renewal pipelines What We’re Looking For Prior office, insurance, finance, or banking experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication  High attention to detail  Comfortable working with numbers and reconciliation  Ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume environment Surety experience is not required.
