Please note that this is a hands-on role and not eligible for remote work. Candidates should be prepared for regular travel to job sites and capable of managing projects directly in the field. Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing professional communication and consistent updates. Coordinate with foremen, crews, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track and within budget. Manage materials and inventory: order, track, verify deliveries, and maintain accurate usage records to prevent shortages or waste. Review project documents, contracts, and drawings for accuracy and compliance. Monitor progress, costs, and labor while proactively resolving challenges to ensure efficiency.
