We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service / Receptionist to join a reputable insurance company located in the Westchester area of Miami. ๐ Position Overview: The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and supporting daily office operations in a fast-paced insurance environment. ๐ Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM โ 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) One Saturday per month: 10:00 AM โ 2:00 PM ๐ฐ Compensation: $17 per hour ๐ Location: Westchester, Miami โ Insurance Office Setting Tasks ๐งพ Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients in a professional manner Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries Provide accurate information regarding insurance services Support administrative and front desk operations Maintain organized client records and documentation Deliver high-quality customer service in both English and Spanish Requirements โ Requirements: Bilingual: English and Spanish (required) Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and reliable attitude Ability to multitask in an office environment Benefits Health Insurance
