We are a talented, motivated and supportive team with offices in the US, Germany and Malaysia We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Specialist in Dallas, TX to support our growing customer base. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be a trusted partner to our customers at every stage of their journey with 8tree – from Pre-Sales, through Go-Live, Post-Sales, and Renewal stages. You’ll ensure our customers derive maximum value from our technology, feel supported, and are positioned for long-term success. You will work closely with our business development team and our applications engineering team to drive meaningful customer outcomes. Tasks Nurture and develop lead relationships during technical discovery phase, with a focus to support progression through the sales funnel Own and guide customers through onboarding and product adoption Ensure successful system deployment and integration into customer workflows.
