All American Roof Pros – Entry Level Sales Rep Industry: Roofing Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range:  $52,000 – $120,000 per year Salary+Commission Location: Mansfield, OH Job Level: Entry Level Department: Sales We’re looking to add a motivated, people-focused Project Advisor to our team. This role is centered on helping homeowners understand their options for roofing, siding, windows, and gutters, guiding them through the process and ensuring they feel confident every step of the way. You’ll be a key part of our day-to-day operations—answering questions, providing clear information, and helping customers make informed decisions, all while building strong, respectful relationships. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to discuss their roofing, siding, window, and gutter needs Explain available options, processes, and timelines clearly and honestly Build trust through consistent follow-up and communication Help customers navigate the project from start to finish Address questions or concerns and coordinate solutions as needed
